Water Jet Cutting and Engraving

Our CNC Profile Cutter can plasma cut Stainless Steel, Steel and Aluminium to a thickness of 20mm,  and Water Jet cut thicker and a wide variety of materials including glass, timber, foam and plastic. We used the machine to cut out the children’s figures at the Cairns ‘Muddies’ Playground and the Stainless Steel lettering of Innisfail Brothers Leagues Club.

This one CNC machine can Engrave, Plasma Cut and Water Jet Cut. The machine bed size is 1500mm wide and 4500mm long. The possibilities are endless.

We also have a Router on the same CNC Machine. We can engrave timber signs, aluminium and stainless steel on a larger scale than a trophy.
